Stephanie Ochoa, the founder of Ochoa Immigration Law, was raised in San Antonio, Texas by immigrant parents from Mexico and Peru. Her passion to empower her community drover her to seek a career in immigration law. She has dedicated her career to educating, advocating for, and empowering the Latino and Immigrant community.
On her journey to help her community, Ms. Ochoa obtained her Bachelor's Degree from St. Mary's University and went on to graduate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. While studying at Loyola Law School, she participated in the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic where she gained removal defense experience.
Throughout her legal career, Ms. Ochoa has educated and represented low-income families seeking a wide range of immigration relief before USCIS and the Immigration Court. She has extensive experience working with survivors of crime, domestic violence, and trauma.
Ms. Ochoa's fluency in English and Spanish helps her better represent her client's best interests and connect with her community.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of California and before the U.S. Immigration Courts. Her practice is limited to Immigration and Nationality Law.
